I have found it very beneficial to be a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am currently credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach and intend to submit my application for my Professional Certified Coach credential this month.
I have been an active member of our local ICF Washington State chapter and serve on the board as the Vice President for membership. This has given me the opportunity to network with a great group of highly competent and successful coaches in our region. And it inspires me to keep pressing on as a coach – to truly make a difference through coaching as I come alongside leaders and help them to navigate the many challenges they face.
