Here are some good questions to ask yourself – or someone you are coaching…
- What “wins” have you had recently?
- So – what’s next?
- Where do you think you should go from here?
- What do you think is your best option?
- What would you like to see happen?
- Tell me about your options?
- What do you want to accomplish?
- Which path will you choose?
- If you were to evaluate your effectiveness, what would you measure?
- What resources will you need to accomplish your goals?
- What’s working?
- What’s not working?
- What are you learning?
- Who can help you with this?
- Is there any area of your life where you sense God is wanting you to grow?
- Where do you need help?
- What ideas have you had?
- What really satisfies and fulfills you?
- What energizes you?
- What drains your energy?
- What do you want to be remembered for?
- What’s one thing you’d like to change about yourself?
- What’s really important?
- What frustrates you?
- What obstacles are you facing?
- What’s next?
- Given your priorities, what needs to be addressed?
- Where do you need to focus?
- What do you need?
- What are you willing to endure to see your vision become a reality?
