A new Tucson church is catering to people with disabilities.
Pastor John Phipps moved his family to Arizona to start “Father’s Heart Church.”
Phipps told News 4, “The Lord put it on my heart to start a special ministry for special needs people and special families like us.”
Phipps made the decision after his two young boys were diagnosed with autism.
