Dave DeVries
Dr. Dave DeVries is a coach, trainer and strategist – and founder of Missional Challenge. He is passionate about coaching and training church planters and missional leaders. His training skills have been used to mobilize church planters, pastors and ministry leaders across the country and around the world. Missional Challenge partners together with churches, networks and denominations to advance disciplemaking movements globally.
With 25+ years of church planting and leadership development experience, Dave brings his passion and encouragement to those he trains and coaches. He created The Multiplication Cycle™ to assist church planters to start churches by making disciples. He has trained and coached hundreds of coaches and church planters across the United States and internationally.
Dave has been coaching pastors and church planters for more than ten years. His experience in church multiplication led to his doctorate in transformational leadership at Bakke Graduate University. He also received a Master of Divinity from The Master’s Seminary and graduated from Biola University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Dave is author of Six-Word Lessons to Discover Missional Living and co-author of The Missional Journey with Bob Logan and 99 Powerful Questions for Christian Leaders with Steve Ogne.
The International Coach Federation designated him Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Joe Donaldson
Joe Donaldson has coached dozens of pastors, ministry leaders, and entrepreneurs, helping them to be more focused and effective in their lives and ministry. He is deeply committed to making disciples who make disciples, who make disciples, and to assisting churches and leaders in developing disciple-making cultures and systems.
Joe has extensive background with regional and national denominational leadership, serving on boards at both levels. He consults with ConvergeNW to assist churches in pastoral placement through the P3 process and has been recognized by the Society of Church Consultants as a Certified Church Consultant.
Joe is a graduate of Bethel University and Bethel Seminary. He is a certified Christian Leadership Coach (CAM), a certified Discipleship Coach (CCNI), and a licensed trainer for the COACH Workshop for Ministry Leaders (CRM). Joe holds the ACC level certification from ICF and served on the WA State ICF Board.
The International Coach Federation designated him an Associate Certified Coach.
