Dan and Shirley Miller
Dan Miller is a second career Pastor and Church Planter. After a successful run in Fortune 500 corporate management, Dan transitioned to ministry as a Divisional Pastor for a Southern California mega-church, and then served as Executive Pastor for another growing congregation. In 2004 he co-planted Living Oaks Church in Ventura County, CA which enjoyed rapid growth and influence in its community.
Shirley Miller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is in private practice. Some of her areas of specialty include Depression / Anxiety, Conflict Resolution, Marital Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Skills, and Spirituality / Guilt / Forgiveness. Before becoming licensed as a therapist, she worked as a Human Resources Manager for a major Bio-technology company.

Dave and Deanne DeVries
Dr. Dave DeVries is a coach, trainer and strategist – and founder of Missional Challenge. He is passionate about coaching and training church planters and missional leaders. His training skills have been used to mobilize church planters, pastors and ministry leaders across the country and around the world. Missional Challenge partners together with churches, networks and denominations to advance disciplemaking movements globally.
Deanne DeVries is a Real Estate Broker with demonstrated expertise in banking, business processes, customer relations, and interior design. Her administrative skills have been applied in analyzing problems, developing strategic solutions, and implementing action plans with hundreds of employees. Having grown up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she’s proven herself to be adaptable to a variety of roles, cultures and contexts. Her experience planting Lake Hills Church in Castaic with her husband gives her the unique ability to understand the specific challenges in planting churches.
Dave and Deanne live in Bellevue, Washington.
