Today as I was watching ESPN, I listened to the commentary on Ray Lewis’ career. One of the broadcasters made this statement, “There is no leader like Ray Lewis in the NFL.”

Many Christians know that it’s important to engage those in the culture around them with the message of the cross, but they often don’t know how to start. It seems a little intimidating to hang out with those who aren’t followers of Jesus. It’s much more comfortable to do things together with Christian friends.

Last year I enjoyed the opportunity to train supervisors and managers in a 3-day Coaching Workshop. At the end of the training we spent one of our final sessions discussing ways to advance a coaching culture within their organization.
